Overview

Led end-to-end UX/UI design across multiple applications within a new enterprise healthcare claims platform, replacing the legacy BlueChip 1.0 system. Collaborated with 50+ stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams in an agile environment.

Personal Accomplishment

Designed a scalable custom table system for the claims platform, enabling the creation of complex, configurable data tables across the product. Conducted extensive research and developed multiple prototypes before arriving at a solution that balanced technical feasibility with usability — giving the team a repeatable framework for one of the most challenging UI patterns in enterprise design.
